I am a passionate and compliance-driven Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) dedicated to bridging the gap between corporate learning strategies and South African legislative requirements. My expertise lies in helping the organization maximize their return on investment by strategically aligning training initiatives with SETA regulations, B-BBEE scorecards, and Employment Equity goals.

I have successfully unlocked mandatory and discretionary funding, managed large-scale learning programmes, and transformed workforce skills to meet evolving business needs. I take pride in taking the complexity out of compliance so that leadership teams can focus on what matters most: growing their people and their bottom line. I also operate on higher education administration, where I have to make sure the disbursement of funds from the students allowance, Tuition, accommodation and facilitation of vacation work runs smoothly and successfully.
